Just had our roof (house & garage) replaced for hail damage from the May 2024 hail storm, and I can't say enough good things about the experience working with Kraftwork Design for the roof replacement. After having our insurance company come out and inspect it for hail damage, I contacted Kraftwork Design, and James, the owner came out and looked at our project, and got it going the next week. The entire replacement of both roofs took 2 days, and his roof crew did an excellent job. They were fast, respectful of our property and our neighbors, and cleaned up everything. We also have a glass greenhouse attached to the back of our house, and I was worried about it being damaged, but the roofers took the time to cover it, so it was protected throughout the process. They even covered our roses and bushes so that they didn't get damaged. The roof now looks better than when we bought the house. Now, we just need to paint and restore this house to its original historic charm.
